Grandma Mauby Syrup

This old fashioned bitter-sweet beverage is made from the bark of the Columbrina Elliptica tree. It is boiled together with a mixture of traditional and exotic spices and our naturally rich Bajan cane sugar into a concentrate for a very cold and refreshing drink. Enjoy a tall refreshing glass of ice-cold mauby, mixed one part Mauby Syrup with three equal parts of water. Add to a tall glass of chipped ice and stir well, the colder the more refreshing. Enjoy Grandma’s Traditional Mauby drink. It may be enjoyed either cold or as hot drink.
